Alicia Silverstone and Alyson Michalka
Alicia Silverstone is the daughter of Monty Silverstone (father) and Deidre R. Radford. Her birthplace was in Hillsborough on October 4, 1976. She has half-brothers to her father from his previous marriage. She is typical of the upper middle class childhood and was raised in San Francisco. At the age six, she began modeling and appeared in Domino's Pizza's initial TV commercial. Silverstone went to Crocker Middle School and San Mateo High Schools. In 1992, she played her first role credited for her performance in The Wonder Years. The appearance in the show was praised by critics as well by the public. She won an award. The same year, she appeared in two of Aerosmith's music videos Cryin and Amazing. In 1993, she appeared in such television films as Torch Song or Scattered Dreams. Then came her prominent role in the TV film Cool and the Crazy (1994). Her biggest breakthrough as a actress in 1995, when she appeared as Cher Hoowitz for Clueless which was a sleeper success.
